YES! Your child will have a live, 1-on-1 video call with a real Santa!
How my child talk to Santa?
Video calls with Santa are safely and securely connected through the Looped mobile app!
Will my child get a photo with Santa?
YES! An on-screen camera button allows you to take a digital selfie with Santa during your call! Your photo will be available for download from the app, after your call is completed!
Can I get a recording of my child's call with Santa?
YES! After your call is completed, a recording of your video call will be available to download in the app for you to keep and share this magical moment with friends and family!
When can my child expect a call from Santa?
A limited amount of reservations will be available per half-hour window on select days. You should expect to receive a call within that half-hour window selected on the day of your reservation. (Example: if you book a 3:00pm reservation on November 28, you can expect to receive a call sometime between 3:00pm - 3:30pm on November 28.)
Will Santa know what's on my child's Christmas wish list?
YES! To make this a truly magical experience, parents can submit their child's name and Christmas wish list items in the app before the call!
My family is overseas, can we still receive a call from Santa?
YES! Our Virtual Santa Experience is accessible worldwide! We will do our best to make reservations available in various time zones to accommodate families overseas!
